Tighe will present the work of his highly acclaimed firm, Patrick Tighe Architecture and give examples of how, through the process of developing the work, a very specific architecture emerges. Tighe will discuss how his work is an extension of the ideals of the original Modernists. Similarly, the work makes use of advanced technologies, new fabrication methods and the latest building materials all within the environmental and socio economic context in which the project is situated.
