Organizer event(s) on the Website [“Ticket Buyer/Patron”].
2. HOW WE COLLECT INFORMATION?
Ticket Purchase/Registration. When you purchase tickets, register as an
Event Organizer or subscribe to the services offered on the Website, we
may collect a wide range of information about you, such as your first and last
name, email address, username and password, telephone, mailing address,
taxpayer identification number, banking and credit card number/payment
information: (i) when you (or other users) provide it to us when using our
website or in some other manner, or (ii) from our business partners, and from
third parties. We may combine any personal information that we receive from
different sources. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the PII
you submit to Ticketderby. Inaccurate information will affect the information
you receive when using our Website and our ability to contact you as
may be used by Ticketderby as described in the Terms and Conditions of

affiliates and invitations.

4. WHEN WE DISCLOSE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND TO WHO?
Event Organizer Communications. When you purchase or sell tickets, or
register for an event listed on our Website, you consent to allow us to provide
your PII to these Event Organizers and their contractors. We share this
information in order to process your ticket purchase which may be used for
verification and identification purposes in order for you to gain admittance into
the event or resolve any other disputes prior to, during or after the event. In
addition, the information is provided so these Event Organizers may send you
announcements and notifications of events, products or services that might
be of interest to you. Ticketderby is strictly acting in its capacity to facilitate
ticketing services for the events listed on its Website. Please be aware that
bound and to contact them directly for any questions regarding your PII and
Disclosure By Law. You acknowledge and agree that we may disclose
information you provide if required to do so by law or if we, in our sole
discretion, believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply

defend Ticketderby or a third party’s rights or property; (iii) protect someone’s
