Any time you visit our Website, our servers automatically gather the following categories of information when you visit our Website to analyze trends, administer the site, prevent fraud, track visitor movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information: (i) IP addresses; (ii) domain servers; (iii) types of computers accessing the Website; (iv) types of web browsers used to access the Website; (v) referring source which may have sent you to the Website; and (vi) other information associated with the interaction of your browser and the Website [collectively referred to herein as “Log Files”].

Because Non-PII does not personally identify you, we may use such information for any purpose. We reserve the right to share such Non-PII, which does not personally identify you, with third parties, for any purpose.
4. WHEN WE DISCLOSE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND TO WHO?
Event Organizer Communications. When you purchase or sell tickets, or register for an event listed on our Website, you consent to allow us to provide your PII to these Event Organizers and their contractors. We share this information in order to process your ticket purchase which may be used for
Disclosure By Law. You acknowledge and agree that we may disclose information you provide if required to do so by law or if we, in our sole discretion, believe that disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (i) comply with the law, requests or orders from law enforcement, or any legal process (whether or not such disclosure is required by applicable law); (ii) protect or defend Ticketderby or a third party’s rights or property; (iii) protect someone’s health or safety, such as when harm or violence against any person (including you) is threatened; or (iv) enforce or apply our Terms and Conditions of Use, including investigations of potential violations thereof.
Affiliated Entities. Ticketderby also reserves the right to share any PII or other information about you which you provide to (or which is gathered from) the Website with any or all of its subsidiaries and affiliates.
Purchases. We may use outside shipping companies to fulfill orders, and a credit card processing company to bill you for goods and/or services purchased in connection with the Website. These companies do not use PII for any purposes other than those directed by us. If a user neglects to pay amounts due and owing to Ticketderby, Ticketderby may send that user’s name, contact information, and account information to a third party vendor for collection of overdue payments.
Information Transferred as a Result of a Change in Business. As Ticketderby develops its business, we may sell, merge, assign, or otherwise transfer
or dispose of a portion or all of the assets or shares of Ticketderby, Inc. or its affiliated entities (including, without limitation, in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings) and, depending on the transaction, your PII may be one of the transferred assets. Protecting the privacy of young children is especially important to us. For that reason, Ticketderby does not knowingly collect or maintain PII on the Website from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of our Website is directed to persons under 13. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the Website at any time or in any manner. If Ticketderby learns that PII of persons under 13 years of age has been collected on the Website without verified parental consent, then Ticketderby will take the appropriate steps to delete this information.
10. HOW DO WE PROTECT AND SECURE YOUR INFORMATION?
Ticketderby has various security measures in place to protect our users from unauthorized access, loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. For security purposes, Ticketderby does not store PII such as credit card numbers and cvv codes. All PII you provide to Ticketderby is transmitted using 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology during credit card transactions and administrative access to site data. SSL is a proven coding system that allows your browser to automatically encrypt, or scramble, all of your PII before you send it to us.
We will exercise reasonable care in providing secure transmission of information between your computer and our servers, but given that no information transmitted over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to us over the Internet and as such accept no liability for any unintentional disclosure of such information.

We control and operate the Ticketderby Website from the United States. The Website is not intended to subject us to the laws or jurisdiction of any state, country or territory other than that of the United States. Please note that we do not represent or warrant that the Website is appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction. Those who choose to access the Website do so at their own initiative and are responsible for complying with all local laws, rules and regulations.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ticketderby from all liabilities, claims, damages, losses and expenses, including attorney’s fees that arise from your use of the Website. Ticketderby reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with Ticketderby in asserting any available defenses.
